We are the Schaefer family. We are about Faith, Family, and Freedom! I believe that I have been blessed with many talents and skills to bring to the world. The reason I created Schaefer’s Custom Plumbing and Handyman Service was to glorify God, The Lord Jesus Christ, to provide for my Family, and to live in Freedom.

Growing up as a child, my dad was the jack of all trades. He also owned his own auto repair and tire shop. At a young age I always wanted to help with everything. So, from repairing sheds and building additions, to replacing brakes, tires, and fluid changes, we did it all. In the summers we would stay at my grandparents and work the farm. I’ve bailed a lot of hay and milked a lot of cows, but it was good hard work from sun up to sun down. I loved running equipment in the field, listening to the purr of the engine, and watching the beautiful scenery.

As a young man I joined the Navy and served my time on the, USS Dwight D. Eisenhower.

I found myself in troubled waters at that point in my life. Through these hard times I found how much I needed God in my life and in a crucial moment I believed on the Lord Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. From that moment on I have lived for Him, and He has restored all things in my life! I have been blessed with a wonderful wife and 3 amazing children.

In my experience I’ve worked as an Auto Technician, Professional Mover, Furniture Salesman, HVAC and Plumbing, Hydraulic Repair and Production Lead, and Facilities Coordinator. As a Facilities Coordinator, for a large company, I over saw 5 locations and 8 buildings. I managed everything from the gas and electric contracts, to remodel proposals, to doing maintenance repairs myself.

All along the way I have had that fire burning in my bones to have my own business. I have been working hard on the side building this business with jobs ranging from maintenance services to remodels. So, as my card says;
